To improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary inventory waste, some products may be shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment partners. This streamlined fulfillment model allows us to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring product quality and availability.

Our goal is to provide dependable products and a smooth delivery experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door.


1. Order Processing

After an order is successfully placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment.

Orders are typically processed within:

This includes:

• Order verification

• Product inspection

• Packaging preparation

• Carrier handoff

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may require additional business days.


2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 per order

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and apply regardless of the number of items purchased.

From time to time, Bravhale™ may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after order processing has been completed.

Other International Locations 12–20 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, and peak shipping seasons may affect final delivery times.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The email will include:

✔ Shipping Carrier Information

✔ Tracking Link (when available)

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.

In some cases, packages may already be moving through the carrier network before tracking information becomes visible.


5. International Orders

Bravhale™ ships to many international destinations.

For orders shipped outside the United States, local customs authorities may impose:

• Import duties

• Customs fees

• Value-added taxes (VAT)

• Other government-imposed charges

These fees are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Bravhale™ cannot control or predict customs charges and is not responsible for customs-related delays.


6. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

If you need to update your order information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Modification Window

Requests for:

• Shipping address changes

• Order corrections

• Order cancellations

must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order enters processing or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible.

7. Damaged Deliveries

We take great care in packaging every order.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

✔ Order Number

✔ Photos of the damaged product

✔ Photos of the packaging

After review, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product.


8. Lost Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been lost during transit, please contact our customer support team.

After verification with the shipping carrier, Bravhale™ may provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Lost package investigations typically require several business days for carrier confirmation.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Bravhale™ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

• Incorrect addresses

• Missing apartment or unit numbers

• Incorrect postal codes

• Undeliverable recipient information

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
